Description of job position

Continuous provision of internal and external financing according to the organization's needs
Drawing up financial plans and proposing the most suitable ways and methods to ensure the necessary volume of funds
Analysis of developments on the financial and capital markets and the possibilities of financing, especially from financial institutions
Management of relations with financial institutions and selection of suitable financing instruments
Preparation of funds to ensure operational, project and investment financing of the organization
Financial risk management; elimination of financial risks with the help of hedging instruments
Financial planning, modeling and prediction of cash flow from operating and investment activities
Monitoring and control of the development, especially of receivables, liabilities and their impact on the overall cash-flow
Keeping records of drawn loans, leasing financing, important liabilities and receivables, etc.
Initiation of risk management rules for the prevention and reduction of receivables (credit policy, control processes, customer verification)
Account management, cash pooling and management of the company's payment system
Effective placement / investment of financial surpluses of management
External communication with relevant authorities and organizations - acquisition, analysis and monitoring of data obtained from financial organizations, investment banks, state authorities, etc.
